Cookies Cookies and More Cookies

Now that we're done with our vacation stories we can get on to more important things like COOKIES!

This past Sunday we had our annual cookie exchange. We had so many I actually had to pull out another table.

Don't mind those bottles of salad dressing. We also had soup and salad to eat. The salad was what my friend Deirdre calls the thin green veil of health of the day. Especially considering that I baked my cookies that morning and all I had eaten was cookies, cookie dough and coffee.

I made my regular M&M cookies and chocolate fudge.

I also made the chocolate salted cookies from last year since they were such a big hit.

It's not Christmas to me without Ginger Cookies. Once you roll them in sugar I could just eat the dough.

New this year was this Peppermint Fudge compliments of Pinterest.

The ones that almost set me over the edge though were these:

Gooey Butter Cookies. OMG. YUM. This recipe also makes a ton so be ready to share.

The recipe says to refrigerate these but when they're warm.....oh my!
