Salsa Chicken


Mmmm Mmmm Good and so easy to make!

1 can condensed cream of chicken or mushroom (I used Fat Free Mushroom because that's what I had on hand)
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup salsa
1 package taco seasoning (I used chicken taco seasoning, but you can go either way)
1/2 cup sour cream

Put frozen chicken breasts in the crock pot
Pour taco seasoning on top
Mix salsa and soup in a container and pour over chicken (yes it will look gross)
Cook on low 6-8 hours

When finished stir in or top with sour cream serve over rice, chips, tortillas - your choice!
