So with the faux spanx in hand (the real ones were too long in the legs for me) I will be ready for the next 2 weekends festivities. BTW I lost another 2.5 pounds! This puts me at 5 pounds total lost for the past 2 weeks. I'm really not sure how I lost any since I've been eating like a pig. Be prepared for next week when this all catches up to me and I don't loose anything.
Ok, so here is my bachelorette outfit. Yes you are going to have to use your imagination a bit since I couldn't find all the crap I bought or previously owned online.
First the dress with these shoes, but in silver

For accessories I've got:

The necklace I bought is smooth like the pendant on this first one but is a little more shiny. However it has a wire "chain" like this second one. There's only one "chain" though. I've seen necklaces similar to the one I bought all over the place, but couldn't seem to find one online.

Ok, for the wedding attire. I've been going back and forth about what I'm going to wear. I've got a ton a dresses and with the 8 billion weddings I'm going to this year, I'm refusing to buy anymore. My only problem is that most don't fit anymore. Or I should say, most won't fit by August 2nd. I've been going between a new one that's been hanging in the closet for ages and one that I wore to a wedding in January (gasp! Yes my dresses will make multiple appearances at weddings this year) Well the new one didn't get over the booty even with the faux spanx. Or I should say it did, but I wouldn't be able to sit or eat and possibly even drink so it was immediately eliminated after the 20 minutes it took to get out of the thing. Note of Caution: You should not try on clothing that is too small when you are home alone. You end up stuck in said garmet crying on the bathroom floor with your two dogs staring at you wondering how they're going to communicate to your husband that you need to go to the looney bin. It's not pretty.
So that leaves me with this blue dress:

I'll probably wear shoes similar to these but in black.

I do have a fallback dress just in case. I wore it to a wedding in May, but I just love the blue dress. Blue is one of the wedding colors though so it's my only hesitation to wearing it. It's probably against some crazy wedding rule that I love to disregard.
Blue looks fabulous! Beckers is wearing blue, too! On a wedding note: The terrace is windy! When I took my bridals up there my dress was all over the place. I'm not sure if it's that windy at night, though. YAY! See ya Saturday!
